Below is the schedule for Provincials. Please note that the schedule may change if there are further government restrictions that limit capacity within Evolve. As well, please note that the lifter flights will not change, even in the case of a weight class change.

QUALIFYING FOR PROVINCIALS AND NATIONALS 2022
Qualifying totals for Provincials can be found here. You must have a qualifying total as of January 1, 2019 to compete at Provincials.
Qualifying for 2022 Nationals
VOLUNTEER FORM AND INFORMATION
Provincials cannot run without volunteers! Give back to the community and punch your ticket to Nationals. Plus, volunteers get the best seat in the house and you will be well fed! Plus get a t-shirt!

Qualifying for 2022 Nationals
- If you are hoping to go to Nationals for the first time in 2022, you MUST lift at this year's Provincials
- If you are returning to Nationals (meaning you have competed at Nationals before), you must either Lift or Volunteer at this year's Provincials to satisfy APU requirements. No exceptions.
