Coaching for Team AlbertaThe Alberta Powerlifting Union is now accepting applications to coach at the 2024 National Championships in Summerside, Prince Edward Island from September 9-14. There will be multiple positions offered to coach and manage both male and female Alberta athletes across all age divisions.

CPU Certified Coaches
The CPU offers a Powerlifting Course where it teaches you the fundamentals of coaching in our sport. This includes program design, technical breakdown and correction, meet day strategies, athlete/coach conduct, and referee/jury processes. After completing the course, the registrant must complete 50 training hours and take an in-person evaluation at a CPU/APU sanctioned competition.
