In order to participate in APU/CPU Sanctioned events all athletes are required to complete the CCES True Sport Clean online education model.    Please go to the following URL and follow the instructions found there:

Doping  Control 

The pursuit of doping-free sport is a matter of public interest. The Alberta Powerlifting Union (APU) and Canadian Powerlifting Union (CPU) are committed to eradicating the use of performance enhancing drugs from powerlifting in Alberta and Canada. As such, all members of the APU/CPU, by virtue of membership, are agreeing to submit to periodic drug testing, either at a sanctioned APU/CPU contest, or on a "no notice" out-of-competition basis.
