Club Policy

  • We are a public facility open to all levels of Powerlifters! From beginner to professional, we have the facility to accommodate everyone.
  • Facility Memberships - $50 per month with no contract, $45 per month with a 1 year contract
  • Drop in fees are $10+GST
  • We have many provincial and national champions training out of our facility including a few national record holders!
  • We are open Monday-Friday from 6am-10pm, and weekends from 8am-8pm.

Equipment 

  • We have the largest facility in Western Canada for Powerlifting
  • 15 total platforms with 4 deadlift platforms, with band attachments
  • 900kg of Eleiko Competition Steel, over 1200kg of Eleiko Bumpers, over 2000lbs of conventional steel, dumbbells from 5-125lbs
  • 19 Squat racks including 2 ER Racks, and 1 monolift
  • 24 bars including 2 Eleiko Competition Powerlifting Bars, Texas Power Bars, Deadlift Bars, and Squat bars, Swiss Bar, Safety Squat Bar, Women’s and Men’s Olympic Bars
  • Rowers, bikes, and treadmills for cardio
  • Strongman equipment including tires up to 550lbs, atlas stones, farmers carrys, kegs, sandbells, and sand bags
  • 1800 sq ft of turf for all agility and speed work, as well as warm up, cool down and stretching
  • Other accessories including cable machines, leg press, chest support row, chains, bands, and much more
