    Send a report to the APU

    The purpose of this form is to allow members of the Alberta Powerlifting Union to have a discrete and safe procedure by which they can report incidents of perceived wrongdoing according to the APU’s Code of Conduct.  This includes, but is not limited to, the following issues:
    • Doping or Cheating
    • Harassment
    • Discrimination
    • Violence
    • Threats
    To report an issue to the APU, please use the form below.  Although the name and email fields are listed as required, anyone wishing to remain anonymous may use a pseudonym and mock email address. 
    *Please note that should you choose to use a pseudonym and mock email address, the APU will be unable to further contact you should follow-up be required to further investigate the report.
